Cherished grandmother of Michael, Scott, Mark, and the late Daniel Tolzien; Katie, Lauren and Sarah Garvick; Tom and Caroline Noll. Loving great-grandmother of Parker Beerling . Preceded in death by her brother John A. Clark and her sister Marjorie Clark.
Marilyn was a devoted, loving, caring and understanding wife mother and grandmother. The birth of her grandchildren was the joy of her life. She cherished family parties and preparing delicious meals that were enjoyed by all. She loved decorating the house especially during the holidays. Marilyn enjoyed dancing with her husband. She was selfless, giving and kind hearted to those less fortunate. Marilyn loved her pet dogs over the years. She was a 40 Plus year employee in women’s sportswear at Carson Pirie Scott at Randhurst in Mt. Prospect. Marilyn particularly enjoyed selecting clothing outfits for her family, friends and customers.
